All pre-orders and new orders will be created and sent out after Te Matatini 2025:
From February 24th to March 1st, we will be participating in Te Matatini at the Bowl of Brooklands in Pukekura Park, Taranaki. We invite you to visit us during this exciting celebration. Please note that our collections are currently available for pre-order or temporarily offline. Depending on the sales at this significant event, we plan to restock and make available on our online store only those items that remain in stock upon our return to work on March 4th, 2025. Items that sell out at the event will not be restocked online. This approach ensures that we can fully stock our offerings at the event, as our collections have sold out in the past.

NEW ZEALAND
We offer 'Free Shipping' on all New Zealand purchases over $100. All parcels are sent using New Zealand Couriers and New Zealand Post. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work. To ensure you are available to collect your purchase when it is delivered, we recommend that you enter your daytime or business address for your shipping address. Delivery takes 3-7 working days, depending on where you live. Please note, of the order you have made with us is a pre-order, the date of delivery would be mentioned on the top of the description of the item you have pre-ordered. Please remember that during very busy times like public holidays, delivery may take longer and any delays in the postal service are out of our control.
AUSTRALIA
All parcels are sent using New Zealand Post for all Australia orders. Depending on the shipping option you have selected for your order, you may not have been allocated a tracking number for your purchase. If you need your Australian order to include tracking, please select the 'tracking' option or let us know in advance. Our delivery might request a signature and ID will be required upon delivery depending on the address we are sending to. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work. To ensure you are available to collect your purchase when it is delivered, we recommend that you enter your daytime or business address for your shipping address. Please remember that during very busy times, delivery may take longer and any delays in the postal service are out of our control. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders are currently closed. We will let you know in our monthly newsletter and on social media platforms when our international orders are back up and running.
Due to the postage system changes and the constant change in shipping costs, we have currently closed order outside of New Zealand and Australia over this time. Please keep up to date on our international shipping as information might change in the future. Items in your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
